Having the right travel clothing can be the difference between a good and bad experience when you travel. Having the right things with you can make things a lot simpler and many people don’t realise what they need to look for when it comes to the clothing they wear on their travels. I made this guide to show you exactly what you need to have for any trip.
A good jacket
Jackets are a travel essential and it doesn’t matter how warm the weather is in your destination, a jacket is extremely useful and you should never leave home without one. Ideally, a rain jacket is your ideal starting point because you never know when things might get wet. Mens bomber jackets are a great option for travellers, especially because they have a number of pockets where you can stash all your things. I find this especially useful in the airport where you need to pull out your passport and boarding pass many times. Look for jackets that aren’t too heavy and have pockets to keep all the things you need.
Swimwear
You never really know what could happen on a trip, so swimwear is a great and light option to take with you on any trip. It could simply be a pair of shorts or a bikini, these are very light and always come in handy. In most travel destinations you can be sure that you will be getting wet at some point, so never forget your swimwear.
Good quality socks
Keeping your feet protected whilst on the road should be one of your main priorities. After all they are carrying you everywhere and you absolutely need to make sure that you are as comfortable as possible. I like to invest in high quality socks because they are more comfortable and make it more pleasant when you are on your feet all day. I like to choose mine depending on the weather and location, but generally good quality cotton socks are great for general wear. I also like to take some sport socks with me that are breathable and wick the moisture away from my feet. These are great in hot countries and in destinations which are hot. These are incredibly versatile and should not be underestimated.
Breathable clothing
I like to take some microfiber or sport clothing for my trips, especially because they are so versatile. They can be worn under regular clothing and now look even better than ever before. Brands like Adidas and Nike now have some great clothing that really breaks down the boundary between sport and normal clothing. Not only do these look great, but they function extremely well too.
