European Cities That I Love

If you have read my blog before you will know for sure that I absolutely love Europe and how could you not. The huge mix of cultures concentrated in a relatively small area makes it one of the most unique. There is also a rich heritage of it as the centre of the modern world, which means that there is a huge history behind it. I recently found a great bucket list of great places in Europe from the people at HomeToGo and GoEuro and I thought that it might be a good idea to share some of these similar reasons with you. I hope you enjoy it!

Berlin

Berlin is a great place with many restaurants, bars, cafes and clubs. This is the ultimate place in Europe to head if you want to have a great drink and a dance. I absolutely love Berlin and the various neighbourhoods all have something to offer. There is also a lot of history associated with the city too, particularly from the time of the Second World War. The city also has a booming art scene with many local and international artists that will be sure to please anybody.

London
There is nothing better than London and it is certainly one of my favourite cities in the world, let alone in Europe. London offers the big city experience with a hugely multicultural population that gives it so much flair and great culture. This also extends to the amazing food culture that includes many Indian, Pakistani, Caribbean and Asian restaurants. You can also find much of this at one of the many markets in London, which is something that everyone should experience at some point.

I love the London pub culture too and it could well be one of the best on the entire planet. I love to hang out in Shoreditch in a cafe or go onto the bustling Oxford Street. You would definitely need an entire lifetime in order to visit London, so why not start now?

Rome

When we think of the birthplace of modern life as we know, we all know how much of an influence that Rome has had on the world. Rome to this day is one of the most amazing cities that has truly stood the test of time. It is so amazing to explore and you can be walking aimlessly and still be able to find ancient ruins. It really is a surreal experience. The food is, of course, not so bad either with delicious pizza, pasta and wine. Rome really combines some great aspects of history, adventure and modern comforts.
